Stock Delivery Lead

Toronto, Canada  Full Time



As the Stock Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving to clients and maintaining excellent client service and presentation standards, with all aspects of loading and unloading product into the customers’ homes. You may be accompanied with a fellow Stock Associate and a Sales Associate during deliveries and the ideal candidate must be driven, flexible and motivated to help others.



  • Must possess a valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Must be 21 years of age or older 

  • The ability to lift approx. 50lbs. and to maneuver rugs in excess of 100lbs. with appropriate equipment or the assistance of another person

  • Strong communication skills with co-workers

  • Accountable, punctual and reliable

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Self-starter – able to work well alone or in a group

  • Kindness and respect for all people

  • Task oriented with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to uphold the company vision


WHAT YOU DO (among other things):


On Delivery:

  • Pull rugs out of warehouse or showroom and prep for delivery

  • Inspect and load rugs into company vehicle 

  • Attend the on-site delivery with a Sales Associate and Stock Associate

  • Physical lifting and carrying of vanities and toilets and tubs into customers' homes with no damages

  • Unload any remaining items in vehicle and place back in respective home (showroom floor or warehouse)

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to management

  • Responsible for ensuring that all delivery preparations have been completed successfully prior to the delivery, during the delivery, and after the delivery 



On Showroom Floor:

  • Ensure that the stock associates are working in tandem and possess a genuine desire to uphold the company vision

  • Respond to and be available for customer service and sales pages in a timely manner

  • Ensure products are correctly tagged and located in correct area

  • Move, hang, prepare, and carry product as instructed and required

  • Respond to and be available for customer service and sales pages in a timely manner

  • Ensure Showroom and outside grounds are clean and litter free

  • Maintain a clean and presentable uniform

  • Maintain highly organized and neat work environment

  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Stock Supervisor or Sales Manager

  • Communicate any concerns to reporting manager




Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm (subject to change depending on business needs)
